Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at our Mumbai office. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for accounts. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, delivering presentations, managing client deliverables, and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Client Services and Account Management
- Strong expertise in Client Relations and Customer Service
- Skilled in creating and delivering impactful Presentations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the advertising and media industry is must
- Social Media and Digital Marketing is a Must
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
