Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of advertising and marketing solutions, and acting as a bridge between clients and the internal creative and operational teams. The role also encompasses creating impactful presentations, providing exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and maintaining client satisfaction to ensure long-term collaborations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage and nurture client interactions
- Strong skills in Presentation development and delivery to convey creative and strategic ideas
- Customer Service experience with a commitment to addressing client concerns promptly and efficiently
- Proficiency in Account Management to oversee projects, budgets, and timelines while ensuring client objectives are met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach
- 5+ years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry is must
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
