Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Goregaon. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining excellent client relations, and ensuring projects are executed effectively. Key responsibilities include regular communication with clients, presenting strategies and pitch ideas, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves identifying client needs and suggesting tailored solutions for achieving their marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
- Proven expertise in creating effective Presentations and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines efficiently
- Qualifications or experience in marketing, communications, or advertising is a plus
- Knowledge of or experience in semi-urban and rural markets is advantageous
