Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years | Type: Full-Time
Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Client Servicing Executive to support client communication, project coordination, and smooth campaign execution alongside senior account managers. The ideal candidate should possess foundational marketing knowledge to effectively understand client requirements, contribute to strategy discussions, and support campaign performance conversations.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day client communication (emails, calls, meetings).
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and campaigns.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
● Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects.
● Maintain client trackers, documentation, and status updates.
● Escalate issues proactively and assist in campaign performance reviews.
● Demonstrate working knowledge of digital and traditional marketing concepts to better align client expectations with execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
● Working knowledge of marketing fundamentals (digital marketing, social media, branding, performance metrics, etc.).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
● Ability to interpret basic campaign data and performance reports.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, team player with a client-first mindset, and someone who understands marketing basics and is curious about campaign strategy, performance, and emerging tools.
