Role Overview
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between Digimag and its clients. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams. The Account Manager ensures client satisfaction while driving growth opportunities for both the client and the agency.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and industry trends.
• Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, from briefing creative and production teams to final delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Digimag’s services.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance reviews for clients.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and production teams to align outputs with client expectations.
