Job Description: Client Servicing Executive (1–3 years of experience)
Ahmedabad | Full-time | Work From Office
Can you build trust with clients instead of just managing conversations?
Can you keep projects moving by aligning people, solving problems, and taking ownership?
Can you stay calm under pressure while balancing multiple clients and deadlines?
If yes, keep reading.
We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive—someone who enjoys working with clients, understands agency life, and wants to build a career in account management.
This is not a sales role. This is not a project management role. This is not a coordinator role where you simply pass messages between teams. This role is for someone who takes ownership of client relationships, keeps work moving, and ensures commitments are delivered.
What your role will look like:
- Day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Converting client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinating with content, design, performance, and creative teams to keep projects on track.
- Managing timelines, follow-ups, meetings, and client feedback. Identifying risks early and proactively resolving issues before they escalate.
- Presentations, reports, and campaign updates for clients.
You'll work across multiple brands and campaigns, learning how agencies operate while building the foundations of strong client management.
You are a good fit if:
- You communicate clearly and professionally.
- You take ownership instead of waiting for reminders.
- You enjoy solving problems and keeping people aligned.
- You stay organized even when priorities change.
- You genuinely care about delivering quality work for clients.
You are not a good fit if:
- You need constant follow-ups to complete your work.
- You avoid difficult conversations with clients or internal teams.
- You wait for problems to become urgent before taking action.
- You see client servicing as only forwarding emails and scheduling meetings.
At DC, we have a flat hierarchy, zero micromanagement, and a culture built on freedom and responsibility.
But freedom here comes with accountability. No one will chase you for updates or remind you to follow up. We expect you to communicate proactively, take ownership, and become someone both clients and your team can rely on.
Experience
1–2 years in a digital marketing or advertising agency, managing client communication and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Experience matters, but ownership, responsiveness, and the willingness to learn matter more.
