Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive with 2–3 years of agency experience to support end-to-end account management and client coordination across digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing workflows, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Lead regular client calls, status meetings, and performance reviews
• Identify client needs and opportunities for account growth and upselling
Account & Delivery Management
• Manage account activities including briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns and digital initiatives
• Coordinate multiple projects across teams and departments
Strategic & Commercial Support
• Support account growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing clients
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and renewals
• Monitor scopes of work and resource utilization
Internal Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with teams across SEO, Web Development, Paid Media, ORM, and Content
• Act as the voice of the client internally while balancing agency capabilities and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or agency roles
• Prior experience managing clients, preferably in healthcare and/or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, media, and integrated campaign workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
