Responsibilities and Duties:
- Proven experience in client servicing, business development, or a related role
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Identify and develop upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
- Create and execute strategies for client retention and business growth
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, Finance) to meet client expectations
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
