Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Keep clients informed about project timelines and deliverables.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and other relevant departments) to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Act as a bridge between clients and the agency.
Client Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Strive to exceed client expectations.
Budget and Timeline Management: Ensure projects are executed within agreed budgets and timelines. Provide clients with realistic timelines and manage expectations accordingly.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell complementary offerings based on client needs.
Qualifications:
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and find solutions.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and foster a positive working relationship for seamless project execution.
Education:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Offered Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month CTC
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali (both written and verbal)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
· Creative thinking ability to contribute and communicate innovative ideas to clients
· Basic knowledge of content creation, including creating short-form videos/reels
· Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and professional email communication
· Excellent communication skills to coordinate and collaborate seamlessly with the in-house design team
· Minimum 1 year of work experience
