Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Client Servicing Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and delivering top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and presenting tailored strategies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met, and addressing client needs and expectations. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage and develop long-term partnerships with clients.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful Presentations to clients to showcase strategies and results.
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Solid Account Management skills to handle multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt in a fast-paced agency setting.
