Role OverviewAs a Client Servicing professional at Abybaby Events, you will be the primary bridge between our prestigious clients and our internal creative and production teams. Your mission is to understand a client’s vision, translate it into actionable event strategies, and ensure every project is delivered with excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and building long-term professional partnerships.
- Briefing & Brainstorming: Take detailed briefs from clients and collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative event concepts, themes, and presentations.
- Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end event lifecycle, ensuring timelines are met from the initial proposal stage through to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.
- Budgeting & Negotiations: Prepare transparent commercial biddings/quotations and manage project budgets to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure that all branding, setup, and deliverables align strictly with the approved client brief.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within the Event Management, Advertising, or Media industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali (Hindi is a plus).
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations on-site and provide quick solutions to client concerns.
- Multi-tasking: Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and event projects simultaneously.
