Job Summary: We are looking for highly proficient NBD & Client Servicing professionals. The candidate should have substantive expertise and experience in developing and managing client relationships; acumen and understanding of experiential marketing and events. The individual must be a high achiever, enterprising, a self-starter, and a result-oriented Sales and Business Development professional.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 Years of experience in Events
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and leverage external/potential relationships to create new business opportunities
· Responsible for managing large and small-scale events
· Complete analysis of the tender/brief, keeping in mind the financial, legal, production and creative feasibility.
· Finalize prices either based on negotiations with the clients on prices and deliverables or provide a standard rate card to the clients
· Create and manage the event budget, executing all events at or under budget. Track and report cost savings achieved through negotiations and budget management.
· Develop evaluation criteria and determine, in collaboration with key stakeholders, which events to sponsor or produce, including tradeshows, industry events, partner events, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences and workshops
· With support of the event team, manage event logistics to ensure successful execution. Provide onsite event support as needed.
· Set goals and objectives for each event with regard to lead generation, pipeline nurturing, and brand awareness. Communicate event goals and objectives with stakeholders ahead of each event.
· Ensure self and team performance Process management.
Requirements:
· Excellent presentation skills
· Team player and management skills with the ability to play different roles within the team
· Able to present work and lead client conversations
· Experience in the Events/Entertainment industry is must.
