Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Client Servicing Event Manager. The individual will oversee client interactions, ensure event requirements are met, and provide creative solutions for unique client needs. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client deliverables, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring event execution aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills to maintain strong relationships and respond effectively to client needs.
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Satisfaction to convey ideas clearly and ensure client expectations are surpassed.
- Knowledge of Finance to oversee budgets, track spending, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to unforeseen challenges in dynamic event environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in corporate or large-scale event management is a plus.
