Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Director based in Goregaon. The role involves overseeing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing a team to address client needs, developing strategic plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a primary liaison between clients and the creative team. The position also requires monitoring project budgets, ensuring timely deliverables, and aligning campaigns with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to maintain and manage client relationships effectively
- Proficiency in Communication and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Finance principles to manage project budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in advertising and marketing, particularly in rural or Tier 2/3 markets, is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
