Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Coordinate with design, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and campaign schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular client meetings and status updates to discuss progress, performance, and upcoming plans.
- Prepare and present campaign reports, performance insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and relationship management by proactively addressing concerns and feedback.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain documentation of project briefs, communication, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all client requirements.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure alignment with client objectives and marketing strategy.
- Support new client onboarding and ensure smooth project kick-offs.
