Craftizen Designs is looking for a proactive, commercially oriented and detail-focused Manager – Client Servicing & Business Development to drive sales, manage key client relationships, and deliver a seamless customer experience from first enquiry through to successful order fulfilment.
The role combines business development, key account management, enquiry conversion, client servicing and end-to-end order coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable building strong client relationships while coordinating closely with Design, Production, Operations, Inventory, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure that commitments made to clients are delivered accurately and on time — and brings strong ownership, communication, follow-through and problem-solving skills to manage multiple enquiries and orders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Achieve assigned annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets across corporate gifting, festive gifting and other identified business segments.
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, digital channels and inbound enquiries; research prospective clients, sectors and emerging opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products, hampers and customised gifting solutions; prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, drive timely conversion of enquiries, and support onboarding of new corporate and institutional clients.
2. Client Servicing & Key Account Management
• Manage assigned key accounts and long-standing clients, ensuring responsive, professional service across all interactions.
• Develop account plans to identify recurring, seasonal and new gifting opportunities; strengthen retention, repeat business and account value.
• Maintain regular engagement with clients beyond active order periods and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Gather client feedback, address concerns promptly, and coordinate timely resolution of complaints or service issues.
3. Enquiry, Order & Fulfilment Management
• Own the complete client order lifecycle — from enquiry, quotation and confirmation through to successful delivery.
• Accurately capture requirements (products, quantities, budgets, customisation, timelines, delivery) and coordinate with Design, Production, Operations and Inventory teams to confirm feasibility, pricing, stock availability and timelines.
• Track sampling, approvals, production, packaging, dispatch and delivery; proactively identify and escalate potential delays.
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time and per approved specifications.
4. CRM, Sales Analysis & Reporting
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders and client interactions in the approved CRM/sales tracker.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all open enquiries, proposals and pending client decisions.
• Prepare monthly sales reports covering target achievement, enquiry conversion, sales by client/product category, repeat business, key account performance and pipeline forecasts.
• Analyse sales trends and lost opportunities to identify growth areas and inform product development, catalogue planning and demand forecasting.
5. Commercial Coordination & Documentation
• Ensure approved quotations, purchase orders and client confirmations are documented before order execution.
• Coordinate with Finance for accurate, timely invoicing and support follow-up on outstanding receivables.
• Support preparation and periodic updating of product pricing sheets; ensure adherence to order-management SOPs and required approvals.
• Facilitate clear, timely communication between clients and internal teams to minimise delays, errors and gaps in execution.
