Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing & Business Development (BD) Lead. The role involves owing complete Brand Leadership right from planning to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service requests seamlessly. The Client Servicing & BD Lead will oversee the development of business opportunities, collaborate on strategic planning, and facilitate financial discussions. The role also includes identifying new prospects, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in Client Services and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Strong Understanding of Branding & Marketing
Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
Stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies
Leadership and team management experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Proficiency in crafting proposals and delivering client presentations
Experience in Creative/ Digital Agency is preferred
