Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Client Servicing role based in Ahmedabad. The Client Servicing professional will manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, address client queries, and maintain effective communication throughout project execution. The individual will coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results, oversee financial requirements related to client accounts, and work diligently to maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure effective client interactions and internal coordination
- Strong Customer Satisfaction abilities to address client needs promptly and efficiently
- Basic understanding of Finance for handling budgets, invoicing, and related processes
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in event management or client servicing roles is an advantage
