Be the single point of contact for clients across projects
•Own day-to-day communication: calls, emails, WhatsApp, decks, follow-ups
•Translate client briefs into clear internal directions for creative & production teams
•Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and revisions
•Coordinate with directors, DOPs, editors, designers, freelancers
•Understand production realities (budgets, shoot constraints, post timelines)
•Flag risks early and solve problems before they explode
What We’re Looking For
•3–5 years experience in servicing / account management / project management
•Background in advertising agency / production house / content studio
•Ownership is a personality trait and not a task
•Solid understanding of production workflows (pre, shoot, post)
•Knows when to push back and when to protect the team
•Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
