Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing role located in New Delhi. The Client Servicing professional will act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is prioritized. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, facilitating communication between internal teams and clients, and managing budgets and project deliverables. The role also involves coordinating with finance teams and contributing to the successful execution of client projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service, with a strong ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster effective client and team interactions
- Experience in handling Financial aspects, including budgeting and invoicing
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the M.I.C.E, events, or experiential marketing industry is an added advantage
