Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing professional, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for client queries. Responsibilities include managing client projects, understanding client needs, maintaining effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure project goals are met and contributing to the financial planning and tracking of client accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong Communication skills to maintain clear, professional, and timely interactions with clients and internal teams.
- A focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance for budgeting and tracking client-related financials.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects and meet goals efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-driven environment with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
