Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing role based in Bengaluru. The Client Servicing professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding client requirements, and translating them into clear briefs for internal teams. The role includes coordinating with design, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event projects. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, assisting with budgets and basic financial tracking related to client accounts, and maintaining regular status updates and reports. The individual will support on-site event execution, handle client feedback, and work proactively to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing abilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to identify client needs, anticipate concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience.
- Basic Finance awareness to assist with budgets, cost estimates, and payment tracking for events and client accounts.
- Relevant experience in event management, account management, or client servicing is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site during events, including occasional evenings or weekends as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
