Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive (Fitness) based in Bangalore. The role involves fostering and maintaining client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service tailored to the fitness industry. Responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing client presentations, actively engaging with stakeholders, and serving as a primary point of contact for client communications. The Client Servicing Executive will also identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Experience in Client Services and Client Relations with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Strong skills in Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and services
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Proficiency in Account Management, including managing deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring client alignment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is preferred
