Client Servicing Associate – Digital Marketing
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Work Mode: Onsite
Eligibility: Graduate / MBA
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand activities.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and build strong professional relationships.
• Track ongoing projects, campaign deliverables, and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional digital marketing and media solutions to existing clients.
• Prepare and share business proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
• Assist the sales and client servicing team in business development activities.
• Coordinate with creative, operations, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth initiatives.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Salary Range - 25 K to 30 K take home plus monthly around 3 k incentives based on performace
