Role Tasks:


Strategic Pitching & Business Development

- Set up a meeting with the prospect.

- Present the company portfolio and the services offered.

- Comprehend and gather all the required information from the client meeting with mandatory “Minutes of the Meeting”.

- Research all relevant information and references for the prospect.

- Set an internal meeting with the relevant team to discuss and explain the information and requirements for a pitch.

- Derive a deadline for the pitch.

- Review the pitch with management and get feedback along with mandatory Minutes of the Meeting.

- Ensure the changes are executed.

- Set up a pitch meeting with the client.

- Present the pitch along with the team.


Client Management:

- Onboarding a new client : Gather all the information/content repository and create a client folder (Maintain a hard disk)

- Hygiene check all the platforms (GMB, Meta, YouTube, etc) and create the required pages/accounts with the required display pictures and images/bios.

- Understand the clients objectives and set KPI’s for the month.

- Communicate with the client to get information on upcoming activities.

- Suggest Ideas aligning to business objectives.

- Make a presentation to explain the ideas if required.

- Explain the ideas in the calendar and work on any feedback if required.

- Get prior approvals from the clients for the content calendar and the budget allocation for Ads/Influencer marketing.

- Coordinate with the client to schedule shoots and shoot requirements.

- Make sure the committed deliverables are being delivered in time with prior approvals for the content.

- Present weekly work and Ads report.

- Get feedback and work on the changes as and when required.

- Generate reports at the end of the month and present them to the client with feedback.

- Keep a track of the deliverables for each client and help the management generate an invoice for the extra deliverables with a prior notice to the client. 


Team Management: 

- Coordinate with the management to understand the budgets and assign the team budget accordingly to each client.

- Identify the required team if needed engage freelancers to deliver the required deliverables.

- Host weekly meetings and everyday standups to assign and understand the deliveries.

- Make sure the tasks are being assigned to all the members involved in your team.

- Work on client feedback as and when required.

- Get a work report for the team and keep a track of the deliverables of each team member.

- Analyze the work delivery reports to optimize efficient delivery and resource costing.

- Raise flags if things are not on track.

- Take an informed call in coordination with the management on leaves/wfh with prior approvals on requests from the team over mails.

- Identify a team member requirement and raise a request for a resource.


Content Management:

- Consolidate all the requirements and the information from the clients and present it to the team.

- Brainstorm ideas, content strategy with the content and performance team for respective requirements.

- Help with references to come up with a monthly calendar that’s practically executable in the client’s budget/scope.

- Get internal approvals on the calendar before presenting it to the client.

- After approval on the calendar, start assigning the copies, scripts required for the week in advance.

- Schedule shoots to generate the required content for the month.

- Assign and explain the tasks to the design/editing team with a realistic deadline.

- Make sure the content is published on the required platforms with the help of a junior (if available)

- Inform performance marketer to run Ad campaigns. If need be, step up to run the Ad campaigns.


Vendor Management:

- Coordinate influencer marketing for the required clients.

- Coordinate with third party vendors for client workflows.

- Coordinate with the production team and arrange the required people/props for the shoot.


Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in account management, client servicing in a creative and digital marketing agency

- Excellent communication, content strategy, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders

- Hands on experience with project management tools

- Strong adaptability and interest in learning AI/automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney,     Zapier, Notion AI)

- Sharp eye for detail and client satisfaction

- Microsoft Word,Excel, Powerpoint & Canva or Figma for presentations.

- Photography/Videography Basics.

- Offline Marketing Touch Points.


Nice to Have:

- Experience working with or implementing AI tools in marketing workflows

- Exposure to analytics, content management systems, or social/digital tools

- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Make.com, Jasper, or RunwayML
