Customer Care Executive
Naturaltein India | Chandigarh
Naturaltein is looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the voice of our brand and help create a thoughtful, seamless experience for our customers.
What you’ll do
• Handle customer queries primarily through email and digital channels
• Resolve issues with patience, clarity and ownership
• Coordinate with internal teams for order, delivery and product-related queries
• Handle customer calls as the role evolves
What we’re looking for
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support/customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Good problem-solving and follow-through
• Someone who is warm, responsible and genuinely cares about customers
• Chandigarh-based / comfortable working from office
Working Days: Monday-Friday + Saturday (half-day).
