Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Services & Sales Associate. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries promptly. The role also involves contributing to sales initiatives, supporting financial transactions, and maintaining accurate client records. The associate will work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients while meeting organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining high levels of client engagement and satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
- Experience in handling Customer Satisfaction processes and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Knowledge of Finance-related tasks, such as processing client transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Proactive problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in client services, sales, or a related domain is an advantage
