Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Camp. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their marketing needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time. The representative will handle day-to-day client communications, prepare and share status reports, manage feedback, and ensure that service quality aligns with agreed expectations. Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, supporting billing and basic financial tracking related to client accounts, and assisting in preparing presentations or proposals. The role also requires proactively addressing client concerns, monitoring satisfaction levels, and collaborating with team members to continuously improve client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including experience in Client Services and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to manage daily client interactions and internal coordination.
- Background in Customer Service, with proven capability to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic understanding of Finance related to client accounts, such as supporting invoicing, tracking payments, and coordinating with the finance team.
- Additional preferred qualifications: prior experience in advertising, marketing, or media agencies; strong organizational and time-management skills; proficiency with MS Office or similar tools; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
