Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative, based in Chennai. The individual will act as a liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, understanding their needs, ensuring the timely delivery of services, addressing any client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service for effectively managing relationships and addressing client needs
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and manage client interactions
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide solutions to meet client expectations
- Knowledge of Finance to assist in project budgeting and financial discussions with clients
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to ensure timely project management
- Experience in advertising, creative agencies, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
