Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Services Representative. The Client Services Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive client relationships. Additionally, the role will require effective communication, timely updates and reporting, and working closely with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to deliver exceptional support and build strong client relationships
- Strong Communication skills and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Basic understanding or experience with Finance-related tasks relevant to client accounts
- Problem-solving abilities, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience in the marketing or branding industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
