Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
This role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and addressing service-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
The Client Services Representative will coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, ensure smooth service delivery, and support clients with information related to regulatory processes.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, preparing basic service and finance-related documentation, monitoring client satisfaction, and following up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
The role also requires proactive communication to keep clients informed about service updates and regulatory developments relevant to their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Ability to support Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving, follow-up, and a client-focused mindset.
- Basic understanding of Finance as it relates to client accounts, billing, and service documentation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and regulatory-related documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in client-facing or customer service roles, preferably within professional or regulatory services.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred.
