We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with clients, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Be a master of our internal portal including adding companies, renewal and transfer clients, check in (adding audit orders), billable expenses / agreements, online services sending sign up codes, adding product types, application reviews and all other fields.
• Maintain a clean pipeline of orders in the system in accordance with their status.
• Strive for speed and accuracy in every process to enhance the customer experience.
• See that all client communications (phone, email, message) are promptly responded to and realistic expectations are set.
• Establish clear communication throughout every stage of client service process from initial client outreach, application review, quotation and agreements, receiving payments and scheduling audits.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
✅ Respond to all client inquiries within 24 hours.
✅ Complete application reviews and provide quotations within 24 hours.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in client services, customer support, operations, certification, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems or similar operational platforms is an advantage.
