Role Description As a full-time Client Services Representative based on-site in Mumbai, you will be the primary point of contact for Ether Atelier Chocolat’s clients across luxury gifting, events, corporate collaborations, and retail partnerships. You will respond to inquiries, manage orders and follow-ups, and ensure each client receives timely, accurate, and personalized service. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen, production, sales, and logistics teams to confirm specifications, timelines, and delivery details, while maintaining clear documentation of client preferences and agreements. You will handle issues or escalations with professionalism, support billing and payment coordination, and proactively seek feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction. This role also involves supporting showroom or tasting appointments, assisting with event-related coordination, and upholding Ether’s standards of discretion, hospitality, and brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing abilities, with proven skills in Client Services and Customer Service to manage inquiries, expectations, and ongoing relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to convey complex details simply and accurately.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a service-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering premium experiences.
- Basic understanding of Finance, including comfort with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and coordination with finance teams.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, F&B, or premium client servicing is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility for peak business periods, events, and festive seasons.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or order management tools; familiarity with luxury brands or high-end service environments is a plus.
