Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Representative based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing client inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. Willing to learn cost estimation as its an important factor in the field of printing.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction while addressing client needs and resolving issues.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Educational qualification: Print technologist, or printing related degree (IIP, SIES etc)
