WE ARE HIRING - Client Servicing that serves as a vital link between the agency and the client, ensuring seamless communication and effective delivery of marketing and advertising campaigns. Manage existing client accounts, understand their needs and ensure that our services or products meet their expectations. You will also ensure that our clients receive timely and accurate services and solutions to their issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and issues.
2. Needs Analysis & Strategy: Understand the client's business objectives and specific real estate requirements (e.g., selling properties, leasing commercial space) and translate those into actionable creative or marketing briefs for internal teams.
3. Project Coordination: Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns and production projects (e.g., property videos, brochures, digital ads) from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
4. Communication & Reporting: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between all parties. This includes preparing presentations, providing regular progress reports, and presenting campaign performance metrics to clients.
5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, feedback, and conflicts promptly and professionally, working with internal departments to find effective solutions.
6. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services (e.g., social media management, advanced video production) and assist in new business development efforts.
7. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, industry changes, and competitors' activities to provide clients with relevant insights and strategic advice.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
1. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and active listening skills are essential for clear and concise interactions with clients and internal teams.
2. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, exercise empathy, and maintain composure under pressure is crucial for nurturing positive relationships.
3. Project Management: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
4. Real Estate/Advertising Knowledge: A solid understanding of real estate processes, terminology, and advertising principles helps in tailoring effective solutions.
5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools is typically required.
6. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: An ability to analyze data, interpret feedback, and think critically to resolve issues and optimize campaign performance.
