Position Summary
We are looking for an
Associate to join the
Revenue Booking team within our India business. This role involves managing post-placement process transactions across the policy life cycle—New Business, Renewals, and Mid-Term Adjustments—aligned with
IRDAI guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and ensuring seamless client servicing.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and process booking inquiries for potential clients
- Accurately book transactions in the system per IRDAI regulations
- Ensure accurate brokerage calculations
- Handle quote share placements
- Generate unique reference numbers for renewals
- Maintain knowledge of applicable taxes, including GST
Additional Responsibilities
- Possess deep technical expertise in insurance policy types and wordings
- Ensure adherence to business process best practices
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
- Demonstrate willingness to continuously upgrade skills and domain knowledge

Qualifications
Education:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate (any specialization)
Certifications (Preferred):
- Insurance Certifications (e.g., Licentiate or equivalent)
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in the insurance domain with exposure to quality analysis or servicing functions
