About the Role
As a Client Service Manager, you will work closely with our Relationship Managers/Private Bankers and Senior Leadership to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for our HNI and Ultra-HNI clients. From onboarding to day-to-day servicing, you'll be the go-to person ensuring every client interaction reflects the TriGen standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt, professional, and personalised service to HNI/Ultra-HNI clients
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation and KYC compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across CRM and reporting systems
• Support Relationship Managers in portfolio reviews, reporting, and client communication
• Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in client servicing within wealth management, banks, or financial services
• Hands-on experience with HNI/Ultra-HNI client segments is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of KYC, onboarding processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
• NISM/AMFI certification is an added advantage
