Role Overview
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional to support our property inspection services by preparing structured inspection reports, ensuring quality documentation, and engaging with clients to clarify observations.
This role is critical in translating on-site inspection data into clear, professional, and actionable reports for clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspection Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare detailed property inspection reports based on field data
• Classify observations into Critical / Major / Minor categories
• Ensure clarity, structure, and accuracy in reporting
• Add photo documentation with proper descriptions
• Maintain consistency in report format and quality
Technical Evaluation & Quality Review
• Analyze inspection inputs from field teams
• Identify construction quality issues and risks
• Apply technical judgment in classifying defects
• Ensure reports reflect practical and real-world implications
Client Communication & Support
• Share reports with clients in a professional manner
• Explain key observations and findings clearly
• Address client queries and clarifications
• Meet clients in person (if required) to walk through reports
Process & Quality Improvement
• Support development of inspection frameworks
• Suggest improvements in checklist and reporting formats
• Ensure standardization across all reports
Required Qualifications
• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in construction / site supervision / quality inspection
• Experience with reputed builders or construction firms preferred
Key Skills

✔ Knowledge of finishing, plumbing, and basic electrical systems
✔ Experience in quality checking and site supervision
✔ Strong documentation and report writing skills
✔ Ability to simplify technical observations for clients
