Role Description

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in Customer Service and resolving client concerns effectively
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in client servicing or account management is an advantage
