Role Description
As a Client Services Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships and helping your team come up with exceptional brand communications solutions for your clients. You will be the face of the agency for the client, understand their needs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will be involved in developing strategies, preparing proposals, and monitoring project progress.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good understanding of marketing and advertising
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Experience in client relationship management
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques
- Prior experience in a similar role will be a plus
