Job Title: Client Service Executive

We are now looking for a Client Service Executive to join our Client Service and Engagement (CSE) team, based in Ahmedabad, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
About the Role:
As a Client Service Executive, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced client servicing team, where your primary focus will be managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-lasting relationships. You’ll work closely with both the Client Service and Quality Assurance teams to ensure our clients receive prompt, effective support and a seamless experience. You will also help shape our service strategies, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to enhancing our clients' overall experience.
Your role will require you to handle client queries with professionalism, provide actionable insights for business improvements, and ensure smooth case management workflows. You’ll also be responsible for presenting management updates, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, and collaborating cross-functionally to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication via phone and email.
- Understand client needs, develop strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, especially Quality Assurance, to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier service.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly, meeting SLAs and client expectations.
- Help generate revenue and contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Support the development of customer service and sales strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Review client contracts to ensure all terms meet expectations and align with service delivery standards.
- Escalate issues as needed to other departments, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably with UK/US-based clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work night shifts to accommodate global client needs.
- A proactive approach to client service with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also working independently.
