Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with design, production, and installation teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of communication and service.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project briefs
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for execution
- Ensure timely updates and communication with clients
- Manage project timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and progress reviews
- Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications & Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and client management abilities
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
