Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Executive, based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams. The Client Services Executive will analyze client needs, address concerns, and proactively provide solutions to ensure clients’ success. Coordination, problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards are key aspects of the job.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to foster positive, long-term partnerships
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Prior experience in client-related roles, particularly within a marketing or communication environment, is a plus
