Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Insurance Claim Executive to manage end-to-end health insurance claim operations, ensuring timely claim processing, documentation, coordination with insurers/TPAs, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end health insurance claims including cashless and reimbursement cases.
· Review daily emails, register claim intimations, and maintain accurate FMS records.
· Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, and clients for claim processing.
· Verify documents, prepare claim files, and ensure timely submission.
· Track claim progress, resolve queries, and follow up until settlement.
· Communicate claim updates and guide clients throughout the process.
· Maintain digital documentation and MIS reports.
· Coordinate with Office Assistants for document collection/submission.
· Support new policy issuance and proposal login activities.
· Ensure compliance with TATs and internal quality standards.
Requirement
• Graduate in any discipline (Insurance/Commerce preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in Insurance Claims, TPA, or Insurance Operations
• Strong communication, documentation, MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Customer-focused with excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
