Role Description
The Client Services Representative (CST) will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality support. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, analyzing customer feedback, and maintaining service standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to deliver exceptional support and develop lasting client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively manage customer interactions and articulate solutions clearly.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction with a keen focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Knowledge of Finance to manage relevant financial aspects of client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
