🚀 We’re Hiring: Client Success Manager (CSM)/ CSM Intern
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar)
🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days/week (Hybrid)
💼 Type: Full-time (CSM / Intern – based on experience)
We’re looking for a high-ownership, disciplined, and structured Client Success Manager to work closely with the Founder and drive real results for our clients inside the LUFM program.
This is not a support role — it’s a leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard clients and ensure smooth integration into the program
- Drive daily accountability and task completion
- Manage delivery operations during & after live sessions
- Maintain trackers and monitor client progress
- Ensure clients stay consistent, engaged, and on track
- Communicate clearly, follow up assertively, and take ownership of outcomes

- Ability to manage multiple clients and track progress
- Structured and process-driven approach
