Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Client Services Manager. Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and addressing concerns. You will manage client accounts, analyze client data for insights, and communicate effectively with clients and the internal team to align deliverables with expectations. Providing exceptional service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism will be central to your role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Services
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
- Proven ability to manage client relationships efficiently and identify opportunities for mutual growth
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in account management or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
