Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Services Associate (Hindi) to join our team on-site in Coimbatore. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our clients and students, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved effectively. You will handle client communications, assist students with academic inquiries, and support financial processes related to client transactions. As a key point of contact, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to improve client experiences and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service, with a focus on addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Proficient Communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with basic Finance principles and ability to assist with payment and transaction-related queries.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site team environment in Coimbatore.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Relations, or a related field is preferred.
