Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bhandup for a Client Services Associate. The Client Services Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed and their requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. Duties include managing client communications, providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, the role involves tracking and reporting on client accounts, assisting with financial transactions, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively manage client relationships and expectations
- Experience in Customer Support and exceptional Communication abilities to provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries
- Basic understanding of Finance to handle client accounts and transactions accurately
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and ensure smooth operations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic work situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in client-facing roles or within the marketing, design, or tech sectors is a plus
