Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Client Services Associate. The Client Services Associate will oversee client accounts and ensure the highest level of clients satisfaction by addressing client needs and managing project deliverables. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries efficiently, and ensuring timely communication. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services while analyzing client feedback to improve processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Proven ability to drive Client Satisfaction through relationship management
- Previous experience in the event management or youth culture-focused industry is an advantage
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple clients and projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Communication, or a related field
